about the founder

Sharin Milner is a former professional athlete and long-time champion for inclusion in community sport.

She brings together 8+ years in the apparel industry with more than a decade leading sport-for-social-impact initiatives, all built on a lifetime spent in local clubs.

Sharin has seen community sport from every angle – player, coach, administrator and board member – and knows how hard volunteers work to keep clubs going. Split the Profit is her way of redirecting more money, time and care back into those clubs, so they can keep strengthening communities.
